Dive Reservations:

•Any booking fee made in advance of a dive is non refundable if the dive has not been cancelled at least 7 days before the fixed date of the dive.

•Refunds due to sickness will be at the discretion of Ocean Spirit.

•The dates of booking cannot be transferred to any other dates except by official agreement of Ocean Spirit. Notification of any transfer request must be made at least 1 month prior to the original booking dates.

•No reservation can be transferred to any other name/s other than those listed on a booking form at the original agreement.

•In the event of bad weather resulting in necessary cancellation of the dive, it is understood that Ocean Spirit will refund any payment received in advance, within one day, if an alternative date for a dive cannot be arranged.

•Ocean Spirit reserves the right to refuse to take a customer scuba diving if there is any reason to believe that there are issues relating to the health of the customer or if he/she is considered unsuitable to participate in a dive which might jeopardise the health and safety of that person or other participants of the diving group.

•In the event of a customer being considered not suitable to participate in a dive, Ocean Spirit will refund the customer any fee paid in advance, in accordance with the above-mentioned terms.

Sale of Images & Articles:

•Payment related to the purchase of all images and other articles, from our photo gallery is non-refundable, and Ocean Spirit cannot take any responsibility for any damage occurring to the product during shipment.  In the unlikely event of damage occurring during transit, the purchase will be exchanged, only if visual proof is provided and if the customer has made a written complaint to the Post Office, in order for Ocean Spirit to reclaim damages from its local Post Office. It is understood that such a warranty is only applicable if a customer purchases a shipping insurance.

1. •The shipping of merchandise may take up to 2 weeks and is dependent upon:
   

a)The quantity of items ordered

b)The size of the items

c)Materials used

d)Time of year when items are posted
